Seeing a home without a buyers agent is as simple as finding a house that you wish to visit. Your Unbeatable Assistant will arrange for a showing-only agent to meet you at the house according to your schedule. Once you are pre-approved with Unbeatable Loans to see a home, your first tour of up to 4 homes is on us.
Adding homes to your Unbeatable Loans Account is as simple as shopping on websites where you normally shop. Add a home to the Unbeatable Loans platform currently requires use of our chrome extension. On the page of the property that you wish to add to your Unbeatable Loans account, activate the chrome extension.
Select the information displayed on the chrome extension modal by moving your mouse around the screen until the information is correct. You can select information independently after the first selection. Select "Get your Loan Estimate" to submit the property. Refresh the page on your Unbeatable Loans Account to see your loan estimates or progress towards making an offer.

Once you start an application, it will automatically request the specific documentation for your scenario. After applying and uploading documentation, you will receive a pre-approval.
